Bathe,
prior to arrival. Body lotions, oils and hair conditioners
may pollute the filter system. Wear bathing suit or trunks
and sandals or slippers. Bring a towel and change of dry
clothes for afterwards. The water has a tendency to
dehydrate you, so we suggest drinking water prior to the
session, as well as afterwards.
